Ingredients:
Mountaineer cheese ("oscypek" - originally from Zakopane, Poland)
Fresh spinach
Garlic
Onion
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Breadsticks (grissini)
Greek yogurt
Cooking steps:
Cut the garlic and onion.
Heat up a pan, pour 2 spoons of olive oil.
Stir-fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes and after that add the fresh spinach. Cook for 3 more minutes.
On a heated pan, greased with just a bit of olive oil, fry the cheese on both sides until it gets a gold-brown color.
Serve with breadsticks and yogurt. Enjoy!

fresh mozzarella cheese
fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking steps:
Combine the cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss everything together and serve. Enjoy!

1 ripe avocado
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking steps:
Toast the slices of bread.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toasted bread and serve. Enjoy!
